Menace to Mentor, Inc. (M2M ENTERPRISES LLC)©️ is a community based organization sought, founded and created for the sole purpose of providing consultation,information, resources, services and programs to individuals from diverse backgrounds, and exists to advance the health and well-being primarily of our youth, our families, and communities utilizing strength-based initiatives that promote independence, leadership and sustainable human excellence.

Menace to Mentor, Inc. (M2M ENTERPRISES LLC)©️ exists solely to be the L.E.A.D.E.R.S.™ for the future direction of social change agents, leading the next generation of future LEADERS who impact lives and enhance the quality of life for themselves and others, their communities, and our world.

Our Mission:

The mission of Menace to Mentor, Inc. (M2M, Inc.)©, a community based non-profit organization "is to empower, promote, provide, create and improve the safety, permanency and quality of life for individuals with social challenges by implementing a collaborative community initiative to help foster independence through the obtainment of education, awareness, social skills, self-sufficiency, supportive services, training and meaningful facilitation."

Our mission is guided by a "faith" which strives to recognize, prevent, and eliminate many of the universal challenges and misconceptions toward achieving, supporting, and improving ourselves and others. This multifaceted approach will develop a positive self-worth and enlightened responsibility, while clarifying personal values that produce outcomes that are culturally sensitive, non-judgmental, morally ethical and accessible to ALL who need and require them.

Our vision at Menace to Mentor, Inc. (M2M, Inc.)©, is to be recognized as the premier, cutting-edge leader in setting the future direction of community based initiatives by providing an efficient, effective and accessible platform for the success, growth and development of the vision we share within OUR communities; a vision of OUR society made stronger by the bonds of people working together in unison and interconnected by common goals, interests, skills, values, morals, beliefs and "FAITH" in each other.

Our vision exists to foster, nurture, strengthen, and develop mutually beneficial relationships cross-culturally within OUR communities over time by creating a "TRUTHFUL foundation" dedicated to reestablishing a "focused direction" of empowering others towards compassion, understanding, and an enlightened awareness. This new vision is to better serve OUR immediate communities and humanity's overall needs, so we can re-build OUR world better even through times of change and stability.

We want our decisions and actions to demonstrate these values and believe that putting them into practice creates long-term benefits for everyone we serve and encounter.

Why Menace to Mentor, Inc?

Our history is filled with individuals who have the passion and desire to make the world a better place and make a difference in the lives of others, but still "wait" for someone else to take charge and lead. Furthermore, we are constantly hearing and being subjected to the consistent bombardment and complaining of those who want to see change "stand by" and WAIT for someone to change a SELF-appointed position-(the leader makes the move, the pawn waits to be moved).

It was from this perception or lack thereof, Why Menace to Mentor, Inc. was birthed. It became clear that this perception MUST encompass a sense of "empowerment" involving a level of honesty with others, but more importantly with the "SELF."

Consequently, WHEN and IF a person fully realizes what "empowerment" TRULY comprises; IT IS what makes humans triumph over personal trivialities and social malaise and revel in the aura of human excellence and the fulfillment of social resurrection-VICTORY & SUCCESS.

Therefore, we at Menace to Mentor, Inc. focus on solutions and outcomes that are beneficial to ALL parties involved and engage persons with "truths" (which may hurt) into a monologue of dialogue that expands and expounds the persons "insight" into the causes and effects of being morally ethical and the critical thinking involved in that discussion.
